QUEEN FLUTTERBIES:)

Sunday October 6th

It was not my doing that this stunning butterfly met its fateful end on the side walk, however I am wholly in charge of putting its lifeless temple in a vintage tart tin with a crown and a little cross:)

Some treasures now available at my studio..

Still waiting for summer however making the most of the juicy, eternal...NOW, hope everyone is brilliant and full of LIFE!

  2. Just yesterday we (Jb, Max, Sam & I) were discussing the average life span of a spider and a butterfly.... did you know that some spiders live for only a week and some for years? The oldest living Tarantula recorded... 49 years!! The Monarch Butterfly... 9 months!

I think we need to face the inevitable... I will be buying those vintage baking items from you.

Hope your juicy eternal begins well this Monday Niles... ♥♥♥

  8. It is still surreal and kind of magic to me that I read that you are waiting for summer ..... while winter arrives here. I always feel sad when I find dead butterflies and that Monarch is such a beauty. But she/he lives on in your still life tribute. Love your treasures! x
